• I tried to sign up with the email link and it said round nor found. Problem?
• How do I register for one of the special events like Governors Cup or Nine and Dine.

• I had problems with the app, but I finished the round, can I get it in the tournament before you compile results?

I tried to do an event sign up through the website and the system didn’t give me any options to do so? Problem?

Usually the link works, however if there is ever a problem with them email link you sign up with the website or phone app.  You need to Click Tournament, then Open Sign Up. Signing by website or phone app, is very easy.

 

 

How do I register for one of the special events like Governors Cup or Nine and Dine.

Go to the website, and click on Tournaments, then League and Premier Events. This will show you a list of all special events for the year. Select the event you want and press view and follow the instructions.

 

 

How do I tell OHMGA which day I am playing?

You can do easy by clicking Tournaments, then League Talk. It will take you less than a minute

 

 

I had problems with the app, but I finished the round, can I get it in the tournament before you compile results?

Yes of course, call us and we can help you do it yourself. Or if you have a copy, you can send a text picture of your card to get it in. Afterwards, we must work together to figure out your problem, so we can avoid the issue in the future.

 

 

I did not finish the round for XYZ reason, what do I need to do to delete my score?

You don’t need to delete it, in fact just stop inputting scores whenever you stop. When the system calculates the final results, it will list you as DNF (Did Not Finish). Please make sure you post your score to GHIN.

 

 

I forgot that you submit scores to GHIN and now I have a duplicate entry. What do I do?

Send a message to OHMGA at oakhillsmens@gmail.com and Charlie Brennan, our GHIN administrator can fix it for you.

Yes, you need to send a reply to the email and send a message to oakhillsmenstourney@gmail.com. Again, it takes less than a minute and it your digital signature that you had your results reviewed and your followed the rules.

 

 

I see I have the same score as others but how come I am ranked lower, is there a tie-break system?

Yes, we use the USGA’s tie-breaking system (USGA 9, 6, 3, 1). If tying players have the same score for the last round or if the competition consisted of a single round, you determine the winner based on the score for the last nine holes, last six holes, last three holes and finally the 18th hole.

 

How do I know which tee is what with the Combo Tee tournament?
